DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy

1. Service Architecture & Safe Harbor Declaration

SaveManager (accessible at https://reel.savemanager.site/) operates purely as an automated client-side manifest parser, metadata inspect tool, and content-neutral media proxy utility. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(a) (transitory digital network communications) and 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), SaveManager qualifies for statutory safe harbor protections:

• Zero Permanent Storage: SaveManager does not host, store, cache, or archive any media files, videos, audio tracks, or images on its servers.
• Direct Source Delivery: Transferred media payloads stream directly from publicly accessible content delivery networks (CDNs) operated by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) directly to the requesting user's web browser.
• Neutral Indexing: The service does not publish searchable public catalogs, directories, or playlists of media extracted by users.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that content processed via SaveManager infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must contain substantially the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
3. Identification of the specific material/URL on the third-party platform that you request to be blocked or disabled from extraction.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit SaveManager to contact you, including your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (such as fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107).
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Designated Copyright Agent Contact

All formal DMCA notifications, inquiries, and legal correspondence should be transmitted directly to our designated legal department:

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that access to a URL or manifest was mistakenly blocked or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). The counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been blocked and the location at which it appeared prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, SaveManager maintains a strict policy that provides for the immediate termination or permanent blacklisting of IP addresses, domain referrers, or user agents that repeatedly attempt to abuse our processing infrastructure for unauthorized distribution or infringement.
